Client Services Agreement

This Client Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Neurodivergent Collective Consulting (“NCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual purchasing or receiving services (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By submitting payment for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.


1. Nature of Services

Neurodivergent Collective Consulting provides educational consulting, coaching, and strategic guidance related to topics including, but not limited to:

  • Special education systems and processes

  • IEP and 504 plan navigation and understanding

  • Home–school collaboration strategies

  • Educational and behavioral support strategies

  • Parent coaching and consultation

  • Review of educational documents and records

Services are educational and consultative in nature only and are intended to support parents and caregivers in making informed decisions.


2. Professional Disclaimers

Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • NCC is not a law firm, and no legal advice is provided

  • NCC is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or social worker

  • NCC is not a licensed behavioral therapist or BCBA

  • NCC does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services

  • NCC does not diagnose any condition

  • NCC does not provide legal representation or advocacy as an attorney

All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

Clients are encouraged to consult appropriate licensed professionals (attorneys, therapists, physicians, or school personnel) as needed.


3. Scope of Services & Deliverables

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Review of IEPs, 504 plans, evaluations, and related documents

  • Written summaries, observations, or strategy recommendations

  • Educational planning guidance

  • Coaching or consultation meetings

  • Preparation for school meetings

The specific format, length, content, and delivery method of any materials or recommendations are determined by NCC based on professional judgment and the Client’s needs.

NCC does not guarantee outcomes, including specific school decisions, services, placements, or accommodations.


4. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in full prior to commencement

  • Payment is accepted via PayPal invoice

  • NCC will not begin work until payment is received

  • Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation or delay of services


5. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Time spent reviewing materials

  • Analysis and preparation

  • Written summaries or recommendations

  • Consultation sessions

Client understands that educational consulting work is front-loaded and time-intensive.


6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule meetings

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session

  • NCC may, at its discretion, reschedule due to illness or emergency


7. Confidentiality

NCC agrees to maintain professional confidentiality regarding Client information.

However, Client understands that:

  • NCC is not a HIPAA-covered provider

  • Records are educational consulting notes, not clinical or therapeutic records

  • Communication may occur via email or virtual platforms

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.


8. School Interaction & Advocacy Boundaries

Client acknowledges that:

  • NCC is not an agent of the school or school district

  • NCC does not make decisions on behalf of schools

  • NCC does not guarantee school compliance with recommendations

  • NCC is not responsible for how schools interpret or implement suggestions

Any interaction with schools is consultative and supportive only.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • NCC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • NCC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for services

  • NCC is not responsible for actions or decisions of third parties, including schools or districts


10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by NCC—including documents, templates, worksheets, recordings, and digital products—are the intellectual property of NCC.

Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, or reproduced without written permission.


11. Digital Products & Educational Materials

This Agreement applies to:

  • Self-paced products

  • Digital downloads

  • Educational templates and guides

  • Recorded content

Digital products are educational only and do not constitute individualized advice or therapy.


12. Termination of Services

Neurodivergent Collective Consulting may discontinue services if progress cannot continue due to communication breakdowns, missing required information, or ongoing requests outside the agreed scope of services.

In such cases, Client remains responsible for payment in accordance with the refund policy.

Client may terminate services at any time, subject to the refund policy.


13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Parties agree to attempt informal resolution prior to legal action.
Any dispute shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Pennsylvania.


14. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By submitting payment, Client acknowledges that they:

  • Have had the opportunity to review this Agreement

  • Understand its terms

  • Agree to be bound by it
